you have to understand one thing, yes tmnut introduces IPTV... but what will be the contents/channels that they could offer? So many channels were taken by astro as exclusive broadcast rights in Malaysia. If they offer similar channel line up like MiTV....then its as good as bye bye...

HSBB wise... i wonder how fast and where is it available...if they are using HSBB to broadcast IPTV, their potential customers will be limited by the available service area, which is quite limited for now.

You got to be kidding! TMNut can't even support 1Mbps wants to do IPTV!
On paper it looks great only but in real life TMNut needs to throttle and shape traffic!

I think PQ should be the same as before for SD contents. Unless the box has an excellent built-in scaler. But I doubt it would be any better than most good branded plasma/lcd TV.

I think all EPL games are exclusive to Astro also.

And... the have rights for ALL the world cup games next year.

Practically, Astro is pretty invincible now.
