yes... they called me twice...
first called on Saturday morning...
then second call on yesterday...

first call for inform me that they have received my application for byond and told me that they only will process the application on Tuesday...
second call was yesterday afternoon.., they confirm the T&C, asking for my IC number and my address to install it. They also promised installation will be done within 10 working days... (hopefully... )
