That guy has problems, if you don't want to help don't say like, just keep quite.
@En_A,
1. Last time when I subcribe astro, they take a whole week before they activated my card. Luckily, for BYond, it take only 5 hours.
2. Should call them again..again and again...

3. Most probably you need to set HD resolution of the astro to 720p first before to 1080i. I read some where before one user had the same problem like you because it set to 1080i instead of 720p.
4. What is your connection? Using rca or hdmi?
hehe ooo o yeah?
well i did call them again and again. not to sound sexist but i do feel like a guy operator far more helping then the girls

everytime a girl answer, my problem wil just prolong without end. a guy picks up, in 10 minutes everything settled ,huhu. maybe guys care about understanding the whole thing more then the girls.

i now... hang up if a girl answers

haha.
anyway item no. 2 solve (within 5 minutes) this morning, item no. 4 too. Im using RCA, but its actually the cable itself spoil. after experimenting with other cable it sound oh so well. anyway can the HDMI transmit audio too?
The only problem left for me is item no. 3, no HDMI output at all. My installer also dont know whats the problem, since he say out of 10, 2 of his customer would experience the thing. He tells me about this during his installation and I give him the idea bout supported resolution maybe it is the cause, never knew i would kena also, haha.

all i know i tried reset it to lower resolution but nothing still comes out, even resetting the box and then start with setting the lowest reso does not help. In System Info the HDMI status is OFF. It does, however, output picture (the card not activated screen) when it was on the first time.
anyway thanks for the assistance!
