I got it, looks great. The 720p 1080i setting is for your TV not the decoder

pictures great but shame on HBO HD who, when they don't have a proper HD master, are upscaling and stretching. But when they do have the master , like "Wanted" which was on today, then holy crap it looks great.

i registered on astro website last friday (11/12)
then they called me on saturday (12/12) to confirm recieved my application
finally called me again on tuesday (15/12), brief abaut t&c and inform me to wait
for installer to call in 10 days. until now i'm still waiting.. huhu..

i'm staying at pahang, maybe they distribute decorder and dish to installer at klang valley first..

i call since friday and i'm still waiting for them for installation process. im from subang jaya btw. while for my house in my hometown my bro told me they just came and install today and they already enjoying it back at home.

The best thing is the EPG and remote control syncing to the tv

Actually i was thinking of registering the Astro beyond but worry i have to change the cable, becos my cable is conseal, if have to change than a blt problem, moreover i dont know they will take down the dish for me becos my astro dish is on the rooftop n is 3 storey high. Any ideal they will do all that.

They will do all that. They didn't need to change my cable but they will test it to see if they have too

cable is same concern as u...i really hope they didn't change
cuz it's wired neatly at the side on the ceiling above...so have to open up the cover
i heard if your cable is newer version thn no need change....thn u see your cable is new or old loh
if old thn need to change.....
if u didn't change now...later in future, u still have to change la...no difference
u can see our current smart card cannot detect those new channel already
