Better ur give them a call because some of our friends here says when he call back CS, they say he not register yet.
So he have to register again and wait a long quene. What the shame of Astro.

Better allow user to unplug smart card to use on other byond decoder. Same like they done in existing decoder.

I already read about HDCP and it only purpose is about to protect the content using encryption. So we still cannot copy their content if we swap our card to other decoder. Just curious what they worried anyway if we can swap card to another decoder. I think astro should allow card to be use in other decoder too.

I'm also wanna call CS tommorow morning. Hope they can install on monday also. Waiting more than 10 days is totally unacceptable.
If promise 10 days so they have to comply it. Hopefully they dont ask me to wait anymore.

Hope the installer have a good knowledge about this new decoder. One of our friends here tell his installer ask him to use RCA connection instead of HDMI port because they don't know how to use HDMI port. They also did't know anything about astro provide channel in HD.
Ayaa.. Bad installer I think.

Today is my 11 days. Got nothing from installer. Anyway Astro promise is really sux. Dunno how much longer I have to wait.

the picture quality is superb on HD Channel  thumbup.gif
But others channels still suxx...

I found that the volume control not working, i tune to max and min also no different... have to use TV controller to control the sound only.
Any one having this issue also?
I am using Stereo Setup, as when i set to DD5.1, in HD channel, I can only hear the cracking sound.

I think installation in putrajaya and cyberjaya area is quite fast. Others area is still sux..
