Do you guys experience this especially when watching a motion in a 24fps movie? Or is it because of my eye problem?

With 24 fps movies, in some fast motion scenes there will be judder. Is this what is causing you to feel dizzy?

then maybe your TV can pump it up to 48p or 72p...
or use sonys motion flow or similar frame interpolation technique.. but may cause it to be artificial/video camera like.. |
