i am curious at the low occupancy of Midfields square. i intend to start up a business there but the place looks scary at night. i wonder how the owner can maintain their unit for more than a year without rental income. N yet rental is not cheap with average 5k- 6k for bigger unit.

If i were to open a laundry biz there, what do u think .

hmm, i thinking to open 24 hour coin laundry business. but with the high rental and low accessibility there. i doubt. besides, there r no direct staircase to the shop if u notice. ytl shoplot sucks ... midfields condo exterior also fade in colour. later on can match with pangsapuri down there.,. still launch phase 2?...

i read The Star newspaper reported a Indonesian worker was killed at Midfields Condo , jln besi kawi by 4 strangers this morning. Anyone know what happen?
