Subsale is asking for around RM 450 per sqft. Don't forget need another 3 years to complete. They are selling future price. The neighbour project Vynes is selling at record price around RM 600 per sqft.  I think they will ride on the current market trend and won't be so generous.

RM 650 per sqft will be a more acceptable since the location is a lot better than Vynes.

I've been eyeing this new phase and so are a few of my friends. The location is good, very accessible and it sure looks very well landscaped with lots of greenery. Are you buying for own stay or investment?

hi everyone..I wonder when exactly YTL will re paint the condo?? As far as I recall during the last AGM, YTL reps informed that this work to be done immediately after the last Chinese New Year...and now its already April.

what do zeti has to say on this?

there's an early bird discount of about 3%, but not confirmed yet. YTL style will always reflect discounted price in SPA.. so for those borrowing 90%, will need to come out full 10% downpayment of the discounted price.
