Yea...its definitely not brick walls in some of the partition. I only realized that when my ID fella told me bout it....
Overall the workmanship is not as expected but what to do...haha
Oohh yea owners should just hold on to the units as YTL is planning to launch the second phase of Midfields soon. Estimated at 500 - 600 psf....so let's see the chain reaction on the current price when they start....

I think Midfields can hold for a while:

1) YTL is going to launch the 2nd phase at a higher price. What I heard is current block C will be facing the garden and swimming pool view of phase 2......this need to be confirmed. Foundation work is on-going so I guess YTL is waiting for a good timing to launch.

2) Once the Midfields square is in operation (expected in second Q of 2013), shopping is at door step which will bring a lot of conveniences to the residents and hopefully further elevate the price for Midfields

3) The current landscaping is already giving the resort kind of feel............I believe when the plants and tree become more mature in the next few months, the whole development will become even more attractive & comfortable.

4) Midfields is still the most affordable project (less than 400/sqf) compared to other projects in the close proximity like The Leafz, Seringin, G Residence, Le Yuan, 288 Residence, Desa 8, Covilla, Clear water........

Actually what so big deal with partition wall? In fact it is good for you to design with partition wall as it is easier to break.

If I understand correctly, the wall between rooms are concrete wall, only walls facing the walkway (from living room to rooms) are dry walls. So it's not that bad. But understand there are people who can't accept dry wall

I always think the selling point of Midfields is its location.......minutes drive to city and Midvalley. Accessible to PJ, Cheras, and other areas. Still considered not good location? blink.gif
