Potential for growth for Midfields should be parrallel or stronger than TS bcos it has MS elements which TS is seriously lacking. Indeed, MF is strategically located, neighbourhood feel and offers convenience in the near future while TS can only offers transportation convenience. Where do I eat? Where do I shop? Who is my neighbour? My 2 cents.

There is a 1st JMB meeting coming up this Sat if I am not mistaken. Why not we all show up and voice our concerns/annoyance so that they may improve further. That's what we want to see, right?

About the flooding, this has been mitigated significantly although we are not completely shielded from pouring rain.

Pls come, all. Ask your owner to give your proxy form if u r a tenant.

Never ever ask contractor holding business within the condo and I was told they r in other ytl property too. Their quality are super lousy, expensive and background r what want to avoid. Be cautious.

I heard the bell ringing. Though it is not an everyday event, I am annoyed by it too. My sympathy with your friend. Did he or she complain to the management office? What did they say? I would make sure that they and JMB knows about this. But mind you that other lifs are working just fine without much problem. That lif was recently fixed if I am not mistaken. The brand by Thyssen Krupp? Need to buck up.......

1) Carpark issue

2) Lift always break down

3) Leaking problem when raining (block A2 penthouse unit suffered this nightmare)

for your info, i just spoke with my landlord, he said he is starting to locate buyer since my tenancy will end soon. Midfields is suck!
