Hi all, I just sign SPA and loan offer for Midfields Block A2. I heard people telling that the management has started to repaint block A. Is that true? Wish to get the key and move into my unit asap =)

Haha, not comfortable to reveal the transaction price here. What I can tell is the transaction price is market price

So the maintenance fee + sinking fund is RM 0.32 psf right? Next year April onwards GST will be included

So any idea when YTL contract ends? in previous AGM we were informed that on July we can start pulling cable into each unit and enjoy tm unifi....

Spoke to Alex. He told me that by end of July the unifi will be ready. there will be 100 vans from tm to settle the installation in 2 days on weekday(get approval from DBKL to close the road near our condo to make way for their parking😅). btw, the date has not been finalized yet. they will contact us prior to the installation. hope what he says is real...

hopefilly by early oct we can start using tm unifi

Yesterday I received call from the guard through intercom. Hence I guess mine is functioning well. I'm staying at Block A2.

Anyone has update on Unifi? Alex told me that Block A is in the process. But I'm not sure what he means by in the process.

Tm unifi is finally here! I receive both sms and email from tm unifi in regard to the confirmation of installation date etc

I asked alex to change frm 5mbps (registered earlier) to this 30mbps package as the price difference is even smaller for promotion price...

change upon request only. but there are drawbacks for this 30mbps package

1. no more free calls
2. download speed 30mbps, upload speed 5mbps

for VIP 20
1. download and upload speed = 20 mbps
2. unlimited free call to all fixed line

this is what Im aware of.

Heard after block A, block C is next as Block B has got many issues.

Finally my unit comes with TM Unifi!!! 😁😁😁 hooray!

I signed up VIP 5 much earlier before and would like to upgrade to 30mbps (5mbps package now) Am not at home now and I pass it to my housemate to settle the installation. so not sure how is the real speed. just now my housemate called me through whatsapp and it's quite smooth though

mine is using the standard installation without protector. rather than pull the cable to tv side, i pull it to just next to the main door entrance,which is near to kitchen.
