Anyone know how many year more left for the lease hold title in Midfields. I am thinking to grab one.

from i know is, the lease title left 70++ that time launch in 2008, but developer says will renew, so far no update. |

I think the selling price is depend on sizing of the units. As i know the sub-sale so far are quite good. I don't think so the price will going to drop.
Do you find any good one recently launched condo price range is around 400K?  |
