Bad feng shui for the units facing highway , anyone notice there is high tension tower facing against this building

but they will tell you that in western country , Ang mo prefer dry wall in construction.

Light weight , easy to install , save labour cost , save time. If they do accordingly , the dry wall should have insulation. In western This dry wall method can do DIY. You just measure and buy the parts from DIY mart. For Malaysia ppl here not used to it so think it fragile but actually it's fine.

Normal to every condo , beginnings years managed by developer and when the time take over by residents . The sinking fund is empty . All makan by the management.
I passing by see this condo abit like flat now .

Yes I mean owners Residents. Since my word " tenant" don't have the power to say anything. Ahhh I use the wrong word. But my meaning is clear.

Not sure how the way JMB here is operated.
My other place. The Residents/ owners hire the Management Office including the Manager, all admin staff. The pay comes from the monthly collections / maintenance .

Their duties to admin the condo and service the Residents/ owners/ tenants who stay in the condo for all their needs.
The mgt JMB responsible for the P&L Accts, and is audited. All monies collected goes back to the Condo Accts for operations of the place. It's not a profit business.

During JMB AGM, the city council officer is invited to attend to hear the meetings and provide credible feedback to council and to residents/ owners. The officer mediates when disputes are there or hear request for improvements to surrounding areas of the condo.

Back to MF, well the fate of MF and how it be, and administration is up to owners to decide?
Or forever policies decided by current Mgt?
Who actually pays their salary and who they report to?

I am tenant n got no say . Technically, I am tenant . Technically, I am resident here.
Being a resident, I am concern for a better living at MF.

Should use residents word only regardless owner or tenant . The community should supported by residents .

Actually many foreign security esp Pakistan they with low pay then many of them work 16hours . After work in ur condo then his bos will send him to other residential to work day time maybe 4 hours - 6 hours
