I got replied from management as below:

"We just met with the collage rep and informed them of our house rules and that we do not allow any type of units being converted into a hostel.

They told us that the agent misled them on the house rules and furthermore the owners also agreed to this kind of deals.

I told them they need to move and there is no other way about it."

Hope the issue will be solved soon....

In the meantime, I got a response from ABNXcess' CEO telling midfielders the following:

Thank you for contacting us.  Our timing for design completion in your area is expected to be May of this year.  However, the timing for network construction is not fixed and subject to approvals from the authorities.  My colleague, Kumar who heads our Property Acquisition Department will be in touch on the firm timetables.  In addition, he will be communicating with you on getting the necessary formal consents from your JMB or MC.

just got a call from maxis asking me want to use fiber or not. i told them to check with the management whether they can come in or not. hopefully we will have more choice for internet in midfield..
