MF management is oing promo on the parking lot. For single lot
1st floor -RM28k 2nd floor - RM25K 3rd floor - RM22k 4th floor - RM 20k Currently, 50% on the 2nd parking lot purchase I'm keen to buy 1. Anyone wanna share with me? Due date is 15-Oct. |

Do you think YTL will follow the way they launch Fennel at Sentul? Start with low price n increase every hour? Mainly to attract attention. Psychologically ppl will think it is a good buy cos many ppl there and when the price reaches 6++, everyone still consider it is cheap and place the booking.

Last i know is, we are still short of intended users. Still cant nego with TM for good deal.
YTL is playing hardball so now we as the owners gotta do something. Owners of Midfields, i would urge you to fill up the Unifi application form with management. This is just show that we as the owner of Midifields wants Unifi and not YES. You may not install it if you are not staying currently. Once we have enough numbers of application forms, it will be easier for the committee to bargain with TM for better deal. If you are not physically in town, please call up the management office and check whether you can just email them. I think this should work also as email nowadays is officially accepted. Those who are investors, you should be doing this also because having a fix cable fibre broadband in Midfields will directly help to increase the property price because this is always the biggest consideration for young generation buyers. PA, do pass on this message to any owners that you know off. price increase = more commission. Win-win situation for everyone accept YTL, but who cares. Sorry, don't boom me with other issues or questions as i'm not the committee member. I'm just sick of no fibre which wireless is costing me a boom in bill. Now my Smart TV become 'Stupid' TV. FYI, P1 has been bought over by TM recently. If i'm TM, what i want is just the customers' contact and not their technology. For short term should still be fine. But long run, TM will either convert or release P1's customers. By then you might need to pay a big sum for conversion.
