QUOTE(Ganny82 @ Jan 3 2014, 05:23 PM) Have you installed the grill at your yard n windows for the bathrooms? If you haven't please do so as quickly as possible.... These fellas are targeting units without any grills or windows because they can easily access your unit climbing through the side of the lobby area. Its mainly the construction workers due to the ongoing renovations regardless the management should be more cautious wit the visitors coming up but no harm securing your own unit as well. These are all opportunistic criminals so avoid giving them any opportunity... Happening once could be incidental but second / third time you ought be careful...it could mean your have been targeted and there must be a reason behind this. Stay safe and do please secure yourself and highlight this to the management security so that they keep an extra eye on your unit...try accessing the CCTV if it's any help and identify this individual... Defies the logic of staying in a condo if u need to grill up ur home.

QUOTE(ascll @ Jan 27 2014, 03:13 PM) Just get to know YTL using partition board to replace brick wall for rooms... How could this happen to a renowned developer? Did you guys aware of it before signing the S&P? Partition...can they be removed without impacting overall strength and structure to make rooms bigger?

QUOTE(confuzan @ May 12 2014, 02:30 PM) i have given some thought on this, but perhaps you guys can find a lawyer to give some advice as i am not sure whether i interpret the act correctly. it is the competition act 2010. by not providing infrastructure for fixed line services, and indirectly forcing us to use YES as de facto phone line and broadband services, they are effectively creating a monopoly, which is against the competition act. but then again, they could argue that we are given a choice to use other wireless solutions such as maxis, celcom, digi, etc. on the other hand, this does not apply to midfields 1 because the act only takes effect for any agreement after a certain date. (can't remember the exact date) just a suggestion though. again, i might be wrong. A home without a broadband like unify can be quite boring...back to basics

QUOTE(Tijnas17 @ May 28 2014, 02:20 PM) People be careful......last weekend my friends car tyre and rim was stollen .parked at level 7B. Visitor . Really don't know wat these guards do. Only good at clamping residents cars. And management says can't do anything because area was not covered by CCTV . So shameful. What car is that? Doubt skilled robbers will want to take the risk. Not easy to sell rims and used tyres, plus it wont sell for much. Maybe some drug addicts

CHERAS: An Indonesian construction worker was brutally murdered by four men at the Midfields Condominium, Sungai Besi on Thursday.
In the 9.40am incident, the victim was on his way to work when he was attacked by his assailants on two motorcycles.
District police chief Asst Comm Mohan Singh Tara Singh said the victim was hacked while he was on his vehicle.
"One of the men swung something believed to be a sharp weapon, at the deceased's stomach. It caused the guts to spill out.
"The victim then fell off his motorcycle. That was when the attackers stabbed him repeatedly on his ribs and back," he said when met at the scene.
ACP Mohan added that two of the deceased's fingers were also severed in the incident.
The case is being investigated for murder.

QUOTE(adamxx @ Sep 21 2014, 11:10 PM) Hi Midfielders, Do you think the price of Midfields will increase further once Unifi is available? I was browsing iProperty and found that the selling price is about RM550k. Do you think the price will touch RM600 by early next year? RM50k attached to price of unify is a lot

There are always some funny or stubborn ones who dislike being told what to do
