Now it's already 3 months, still there are 11 defects left unfixed and the basic one like A/C leaking is still an issue. and I received no response from both the CRM and MO after a couples of emails. I'm frustrated with their service level and empty promise, especially this is coming from YTL- Notably of a CLASS F contractor attributes. I decided to take action under the Liability Defect Clause in the S&P by writing to the stakeholder lawyer to withhold the release of the final 7.5% payment to the developer until all defects are fixed to my satisfaction. Parallel to this, I will engage an external contractor to fix it and later claim from the stakeholder lawyer. If there are any Midfields condo unit who is suffering same fate as I am. I urge you to take similar step to response to these unscrupulous and irresponsible developers such as YTL. More joint voices will force these people to act. Should you need more info, may call me. The vynes at sg besi near midfields launch at 520psf for 855sf. Today was so called privileged preview which block A already sold out which is launch at 400 plus psf. A new benchmark for tat area.
