My other condo I hacked some walls n later replace new design n contractor put red wall bricks to replace new designs . Contractor gave me that value . You can hack n replace with red bricks if the foundation allow Loh ....
Need to suit our price paid n value given.
Maybe paying rm 500k for a house or condo we want to see concrete la ... To satisfy our price .
Buyers should know what price they paid n receive what for that.

And now units are being transacted at over 500k - 600k plus
So in reality.....it is satisfying some purchasers to a certain extend isn't?
Will it go down I doubt so...especially when YTL launch their phase 2 at a premium over the current sub sale market....
