BTW, i have yet to move in. currently i have a tamdem car park at 7 flr. considering to have 1 at lower floor and easier instead of carry 2 car keys all the time.

oh really? i called on Friday. The sales rep told me if I did not buy from them now, i can only buy from the owner who purchase the lot.
Anyway, i'll call again tomorrow.
