Overclocking Prob E2140, Any help is appreciated...

I can only overclock my E2140 till 1.85 Ghz ( 230mhz x 8).
When i try overclock something higher ( 2 ghz etc), it cant even boot and says overclocking / overvoltage failture during the 2nd boot-up ( after switching off the main power) Any help is appreciated...
