I got a good recommendation for icon modding. If you want to minimize your icons so that they align like this:

instead of normal allignment that eats up a lot of space.

If you want it to autostart everytime your startup your pc, copy the software shortcut (no need install one) to Start menu--> all programs --> startup.
In vista it's this folder la, in XP i forgot.
