Im not sure which should I pick? 650w or 750w

Hardware that I have
Ryzen 7 3700x
Msi mortar b450m board
Corsair 3200mhz 16gb (1ddr4)
Sapphire Rx 5700xt gpu


So which should I get? 650w or 750w gold Psu?
Brand will be seasonic
