I am using UXTHEME on my laptop now.
when i want to install logon XP it said that my .NET framework no have and i can not install it... however i check in add and remove part find that i have all version of .NET framework.

my home PC is same as my laptop( i use to update both of them always), but it can install by a double click, why??

because i use it b4, try several time only sucess one time after i close my chinese(PRC)...
i tried on other friend laptop also, so got problem but some totally prefrect... how come??
