@Zen-x : plenty of them. Samurize, AveDesk, ObjectDock, Visual style, icons, and everything you can probably find in the forums. @yokemun : 1) read this to learn more about that. However, you may mess it all up if something is done incorrectly in the process of registry editing. 2) i think this program(link given by fazlitaufek) can do what you want.

haha, i forgot there's a function to hide taskbar itself in objectdock.

this dude doesn't make wallpapers himself but rather searches from the internet and put at his website (mostly deviantart.com). Also contains some other components such as icons, cursor, visual style etc. If you are too lazy to search in deviantart you can look at this first.
