need some help with finding an analog desktop clock (not screen saver)..any suggestions?..thanks in advance guys!

I used Tweak UI and played around with the Icon Quality Settings on the Explorer tab, now my icons are totally ugly (low quality)..Any one know how to reverse these quality changes on icons? Thanks in advance!
