I already download Dock,but theres nothing happend.What should i do next?

Oh okay,i got it.But i install Rocket Dock.
I try Object Dock already and have been succesfull with the download but when i wanna run the application,got error and it said that "The Version of this file is not compatible with the version of Windows that you're running.Check computer's system information to see wheather you need an x86 (32bit) or x64 (64bit) version of the program,and then contact the software publisher" what does it mean? im using laptop Acer Aspire 4715Z n it have Window Vista Basic.
