Eh nightstalker, shoot with a better camera and clean the light and have a good background etc. I think it makes for a great pic.

Great light! Very bright, and it drive the light well, light will have same brightness even you use CR123A 3V, LifePo4 3.3V or Li-ion 4.2V, wow!

Some more I able to get a good lanyard for you guys, hehe, requested to have paracord, hehe supplier not confirm but finally shipped with it.

The final 2 days was really tension, arranging the shipment, how to declare etc. ... believe me, you don't want to know haha!
I really respect OldNewspaper for the multiple LAST Gb for the year

anyway, just wanted to ask RRT-0 owners...

i'm using it without the AA extender, between the body and the brightness switch, i can see a small gap, which makes a gold line visible...
is there any problem with your unit??

2nd, this RRT-0 comes with a crappy clip, in which i already knew thru some reading... but man, mine looks rusty...not the whole thing though... i think they should have done a better QC...

the ultimate "potong" part is the visible gold lining between the brightness switch and the main body...

mine unit also have some gap but not so obvious tho....wasn't really aware of this till you mentioned it out....i'll try to re-lube the thread again and see if it can be further tighten it or not...btw, i'm using AW RCR123 and AW 14500 batt

my clip also have some scratches mark on it but it doesn't really bother me much as i don't intend to use the clip anyway.....

but overall RRT-0 is really a good light and a good buy

yup, v4 Titanium Cube

led is is our choice, from Q5 to R2 to XPG-R5

and for your info, we can get the light engine alone for our current Cube ! this is not possible with all the previous version. But the XPG-R5 light engine for Cube v3 [ which is our version ] will only be ready in January 2010.....as they just stock up these.....

but we need the tool to remove the head

After oldnewspaper mentioned it, I now only notice there is a hairline gap, if you look hard enough , you may see the line. Two solutions:

1. file the length of the head (shorten the thread) , so the body can tighten more into it, then no more gap

2. paint the golden colour part (brass) that exposed to black (paint or marker pen), instance solved the issue.

Anyway, I really not notice it, to fine to notice.

For the clip, haha I never open/ or look into it.

after waited for so long, i'm so not going to return it ... LOL... most, this is gonna be a thrash EDC... anyway, any suggestion for clips??

Hey susuman, really gotta give you and newspaper alot of credits on taking up the RRT-0 GB (and newspaper for past GBs) and future GBs Both of you really look exhausted yesterday. And thank you so much for informing us of the RRT-0 arrival even it was late for you guys! I'm speechless man! Thanks for all the hard work.

I suggest for future GBs, we should pump in some extra cash for them (RM5+ or more, up to u). We pay great prices for the items but the organizers still loose some making arrangements and sorts (even though they don't mind ). Or we can follow damon's suggestion earlier to put in some cash to sponsor some amount for the organizer. Just suggestions


Heys, I can hardly notice the line like susu's, very very thin. To me, seems like it's meant to be like that. So your revolving ring has some free-play and not touching the body.
