Note to becareful when wiping the reflector. Use a very soft cloth or micro fibre type. Clean inside and make sure it's dry. Dry the o-ring thoroughly as well. Lube the o-ring very slightly, just put a little smear on ur finger and lube it with your fingers.

i wouldn't do that... from past experience, it would only further damage the reflector.
besides, the water mark won't show up in your beam... it's only annoying when you look at the reflector. then again, who looks at their light's reflector when using their light ???

i tried the using soft cloth, cotton bud, etc to clean a jetbeam reflector which was returned by a customer due to a water mark just like that but it only managed to create more fine scratches on the surface. in the end, returned it to jetbeam to fix it.

Hey Uncle Wong,

Yes and no. Depends.

Flashlights are taxable but if you don't exceed RM1000 it'll (most likely) not get taxed.
*
i remember it was < RM 500 if you declare it as a gift.
this amount includes the shipping as well.
sometimes, if you're lucky, they won't bother... but other times, it will be taxed.

I wish to buy one
I go to check with my local custom office
The officer told me , custom will tax 30%
Scared me

flashlights are taxed at 10% currently.
i think they revise it every year.

Aiya, should have told me earlier, I don't have much time recently to go out to Pasar Road, it was selling RM50, normally it is RM52, that day the Boss (lady) chincai sell to me at RM50, haha tongue.gif

Oh, the light ah. It was came with a loose LED module, so I tighten it, but then the body won't touch the LED (-ve) side, so no light.

I put some tin using a soldering iron, so it will touch the -ve, and it is common China Made QC, but don't worry, all my Chinese light works perfectly.

Hey, I didn't check is the Lens has O-ring, if not, then you might need to put one, sometimes they FORGOT to put in an O-Ring at the lens.

Hey, want to share this light with you guys

Its uses a plastic Lens, no reflector, like those surefire TIR lens.

The hot spot was so tight, and almost no side spill.
Can take AA, CR123A, RCR123, 14500

its sucking 1.6A from a fully charged liCo 4.2V (suspect direct drive)

and compare to my surefire E1 Backup, its actually has a brighter output  sweat.gif

Brightness is good at CR123A 3V or LifePO4, but dim for AA
but for the price of RM48, hehe icon_rolleyes.gif you can get a E1B output, and Nitecore look flashlight  drool.gif

hotspot has a blue ring at the outer sphere, no harm if you use outdoor, though

The 3 mode is the interesting part, it always start with High, and you need to press it very quick to change mode to Medium and strobe. Which I like most. So you Off and On the light, it won't switch to next mode.

I bad thing is that, the Emitter is not glue into the driver module, it just sit on it with some white thermal paste . the Emitter is somehow snug into the TIR lens, and when u close it, it will press the Emitter heatsink into the driver module (aluminum), with the thermal paste, it get the heat dissipated.

SO far, running on High for 10 minutes is ok, but light get heated up so much that you can't really hold it.

can the bezel fit to surefire's E series body (like the nitecore extreme) ?
