at 6/9/09 i made a purchase thru www.japanbid.com.my.
they placed the bid for me and i won the item...
as stated in their website....it says japan bidding takes a long time ...sometimes more than 1.5months.

/quote from the website
2. Online shopping beside Yahoo Auction usually takes a long time,
sometimes more than 1.5 month.

so i tot i was fine, assuming i'll get my item around twice as much time needed....3 months.

problem comes after that.

1) after i won that item at yahoo japan.(a set of rims wth tyre). no notifications was given.i dont have a clue whether i've won it or not.i checked thru their website, (i'm a registered user ),the status was not updated and what i waited. after few weeks of waiting i send an email and they replied me "yes,u won it" as i'm bothering them with that email.

2) i waited for 2 months after winning that item. i checked my item status at the website and it showed "WON" on that item. no notification or whateva. i emailed them, and they finally replied me an exact date that they going to send my item from japan. but can't u just update those ppl who won their item with just an email? sending an email notification is not that hard rite?????

3) finally my item arrived at malaysia, and in the email they sent me, i was asked to clear the remaining balance and COLLECT MY ITEM at their address provided in that email. i guess it's ok,cause i'm excited to the my rims installed. but i was at overseas, i send an email to them saying i'll make the transfer of balance when i get back to malaysia. MY EMAIL IS ignored. after a while i received another sms from that guy(u know who tht is) saying my item is here and urge me to make the payment.i told them i would only be back on that SPECIFIC day and ask them to wait.

4) i was still at oversea and they gimme a call asking for the payment AGAIN......i've told them in my previous sms that i will ONLY BE BACK on that day and they keep bothering me with the balance payment... i'm at oveersea, how am i going to pay????that guy say he need to collect all the balance as he need to send all the items out on 1/12/09, but i cant make it since i will be back only at 3/12/09. when they call me, i said i'll go collect the item and pay them the remianing balance, so that u dont need to bother me about the payment, they say canoot COD, but the point is,please gimme a reason as to why canot COD,

5) i came back, made the payment, sms them late at night. and i ask them wehn can they send me the stuff..they say next week monday.i did ASK THEM AGAIN FOR COD,i go collect instead of waiting them, they replied "NOT ALLOWED TO COLLECT, ONLY CAN SEND TO YOU". i was thinking WTF, why cant i collect my stuf myself,i pay for it and i even pay for the courier from their office to my house , no i'm doing u a favor on saving the courirer to my house and u didnt even gimme a reason as to why i cant collect hte item myself. if I AM NOT ALLOWED TO COLLECT, then dont ever mentioned it in the email u send me saying that i can collect at that address!!! mad.gif

6) Monday is here, and they send me an sms saying"YOUR ITEMS WILL SEND OUT TOMMOROOW AFTERNOON".that's it! No reason given, No apologies as we've agreed sending it today.

i've tried using few japan bidding service here avaiable at malaysia. but i'm pretty sure this is the suckiest ones.
keep urging for the money but poor serivce. at least you could send email notifications and do talk politely.all the sms he replied me was like i'm owning him loads of money.but end up cant even keep his promises.
i know you making a living, but cant u do things a better way....i'm paid few thousands for my item also, i'm worried bout my money also...please dont be that selfish..please.. shakehead.gif

Wow, tragic.. I'm always tempted to bid there.
It's just that, I'm not very clear on the procedures. Your items already in Malaysia?

Haha, the waiting part is scary.. As they are not Malaysians right? (I mean, those that help us bid?)
Some more, I have to translate the site first, using Google.
But still, it turns out funny. That was long long a go..

Not sure how the page is today.
