hello piggy lovers~ Im new here, i owned an abby n a sheltie. My sheltie's fur always look like kena chewing gum n cant be brush. Shud i cut that part or is there any other way to make the fur normal again? thx

sumtimes when they kumpul2 like dat, the hair oso get messy, got 1 time, i was searching for abby and saw this 1 american piggy with spikey hair i tot it was abby, lucky i recheck haha
