is best u did a research on the breed and basic caring of gp 1st..
price of gp can range from rm25-200 depend on the breed
normal short hair-->rm 25-50
abby-->rm50-100
shelties, peru, coronet, teddy, special breed--> rm150-300 depend on location
ya.. they r cute but dont buy on impulse ..
this is not a 1 time job.. it bout 5 year of day by day job of taking care of their food, cleaniness,and health..
to buy a couple or to buy a single gp is up to u also.. couple (male and female) expect to get litter once they mature so more caring needed, couple( male & male or female & female) if u dont expect to breed them..
* male and male is fine ( and can be use to breed anytime provided the female is ready)..
* female and female also is fine but if u choose to breed them in future do it b4 they r 8 month old.. if not they might hav pregnancy difficulties..

it depends on your budget too. If you can afford 2 piggies sure can. If you plan to breed, u can get a pair. If only wan them to have companion, you can get same sex. If you scare to handle so much at a time, u should try to get 1 first. If you're ok with 1 and still wan another, than just get another lor

Bam2 (my dearest GP) = RM 30
Cage = RM 50 (discounted)
Bowl = RM 5
Water container = RM 10
Food (Hagen pallet) = RM 15
Timothy hay = RM 12
Vet (1st checkup + lice injection) = RM 40
Fruits & Veggies = RM 5

Total = RM167 ++...

Bam2 kisses + squeeks.... = Priceless...

need to bring GP go lice injection one meh??

if got lice need to go ler.. last time i bought from farm.. sure got one. nope.. dr.jenny too far... i went to dr. lee wai wai in kuchai lama.(phone: 03-79877991). 1 of the gp olso got skin infection last time. she treated it now ok oledy. now all healthy... eating and pooing machine... now see me also squek squek...

last time bought hamster with the guy.. he told me bout farm that sell all types of rabbits and gp... the rabbit (teddy bear) is quite cheap according to him around RM150 only. i dont really know the market price for them (around RM200+ i guess). he said the farm also breed gp.. maybe you can ask le.. if got nice one can tell me ya...

i am from ipoh too... u can get cute guinea pigs at another pet shop in town called
hup fatt. i bought one there for RM 25 and it became a long hair one. i think its mixed.
however, they do not have stock yet..

Its kinda a bit tight, but they doesnt seem to look uncomfortable or wanted to tear them apart, so I guess its not that tight. The fur is too fluffy too.
