1 question, will a device with higher RAM but lower processor clock speed works faster than a device with lower RAM but higher processor clock speed?

if SE's X10 is priced about RM2600, then I guess HTC Desire should be priced at most 20% more than this only, or at the same price. i'm drooling now.
