Heard rumor the pricing for Desire in Malaysia is going to be 3200-3600.
I myself do not believe that. I expect it to be priced at less than HD2, less than 2500. |

QUOTE(kaioucat @ Apr 29 2010, 01:41 PM) Question: I hear that Malaysian Android sets do not come with Android Market app. Will this be the same for the Desire? If yes, I understand we can install the app by "rooting" the phone. Seriously, I got no bloody idea what is "root". Can someone briefly explain it here? And how/where can I get this "rooting" done? Cost involved? But Malaysia can only access free apps, not paid ones. Only a few country can access paid apps, refer http://www.google.com/support/androidmarke...n&answer=150324 |

QUOTE(8kelvin @ May 11 2010, 05:30 PM) for me i am choosing android rather than htc specifically. right now, they are offering the best android phone out there. htc sense ui is just something extra. i don't remember exactly but i read somewhere that if you dont like sense ui, you can switch to androids' default ui. can all the sifu out there verify? |
