Probably not but you will see it when Live Wallpaper is loaded. Everything will slow to a crawl. Milestone is a good example. Technically speaking, in Android you almost never see a low ram issue because it dynamically manages ram usage. But you won't know it when some programs are closed either. So having more RAM will reduce this problem.
I'll be back in Malaysia, sometimes in July, what do you guys think this phone will fetch in Low Yat? In the UK, it's very cheap, partly subsidized by the telcos.. I can see some gold mine there
