the official price for Legend was RM2099, HD2 only RM2499 right ?? i think Desire must over RM2099......
*
i do think desire would be priced higher than HD, as i thought the specs are better.
Still, if it comes below rm 2.5k, i might be tempted..

Fantastic news! I believe AP warranty on applicable by going through their shop and not through HTC Malaysia. Correct me if I am wrong.
*
i think you're right, still think the shop would charge us.
even if it is free service they might still charge for anything that need to be replaced.

anyway, i really don't think it's worth to buy an AP set which priced 2k & above.
spend a little bit more, & you'll have a peace mind..

only my opinions rclxms.gif

AP sets you sent it back to the shop where you buy it. Normally these sellers will return the problem set to their respective supplier. For htc products, my seller  told me if his supplier unable to rectify the problem , it will then be sent over to SIS.

i have a experience with my one of previous htc phone ( AP set ). The motherboard was replace FOC and I got it back 10 days after I return the set. I'd consider this very good service and time frame of repair since motherboard need to replace. And I don't have to pay a single cent for it. So if you want to buy AP buy it from the established shops and not through a 3rd party chap who has no shop or just a small kiosk in some mall. He told me if SIS set, probably I can get it back in 7 days

NO ! - this is what a Android loyalist told me recently.  It will only be available if you root it. I believe is same for previous htc HERO /Magic models which is supplied by SIS - can some owners of this confirm this

wow, then nobody will buy ori anymore smile.gif
Need to reject my usual shop i guess.

bro.. SIS is giving you 2 yrs warranty, by paying 10-15% more, get one more year warranty and peace of mind.. try looking at all those cases of ap service centre.. not everyone got good luck to get excellent service from ap supplier..

Thanks..
yeah, reluctance to add a rmm200-300 after spending rm2k or more might proved costly.
unless you're real lucky.

Sense UI is more of an upgrade to Touch Flo 3D. In fact, Touch Flo 3D is no longer present on all 2009/2010 HTC models. Sense UI brings additional integration and feature on top of Touch Flo for example:

- Tighter UI shell integration on top of OS
- Tighter integration of social networking application on OS
- Live streaming of information from internet to support social networking
- Improved tabs navigation

I believe there's much more Sense UI brings.
