JCY International, a manufacturer of computer hard disk drives based in Malaysia, is rumoured to be attempting an IPO for the third time. The listing in Bursa might be held in Feb'10 or Mar'10. ABN AMRO, CIMB and UBS were mandated previously. The issuer had looked at listing in Hong Kong and Singapore, but is now thought to have decided on Malaysia since rules on Bumiputera allocations were relaxed this year.

Insider that this IPO will be the 2nd large share size compare to Maxis. With this IPO, JCY International market value will be more then 4 billion.
