This is what i do....
1. Write an email Complain to P1 and CC it to MCMC. (MCMC will warn them and will write an email to you)
2. After complaint no improvement.
3. Write an email Intention to terminate with reference of your complain number/id and CC to MCMC. (MCMC will blame them for voiding the contract)
4.Terminate it whenever you like and notified MCMC for the termination.
5.You can terminate without paying termination fee or fine imposed by P1, Just pay your last bill.
Good luck...usually this way was 100% success rate
