finally... i found the right thread to xpress and share my frustration! p1wimax sucks big time! been having difficulties since end of oct!!!!!! spoke to AhBengAhKaw, Arel, Hafiz and Desmond! with non sympatetic voice, they keep on reading the same scripts and giving bloody same excuse every time i made reports. i got 4 bloody reports no. but no action has been taking ever since. wat they do is just reading the same script, blaming technical 2 level, promised to give waiver for monthly bills BUT ALL THIS ARE FICTIOUS!!!!!!! THE TRUTH IS THEY DONE NOTHING!!!!!!! my business suffered loss for their incompetence providing me net service. it's hell not funny people!

to all p1wimax intended subscriber, PLS DO NOT WASTE UR MONEY ON P1WIMAX! lousy services, lousy on customer care. EVERYTHING LOUSY LA!!!!!!!!
