im also one of the p1 wimax subscribers which tied to their '24 month sh*t contract'
for the couple of few months subscribed which is around jan-mac, i can say that im satisfied with their service. but after that, the speed getting down, down, and down and i cant even simply open the google page which took me a min to wait until the page finishd downloading.

i also called their CS to solve my problems and even go to their HQ, i waited patiently every single day for the connection get back to me smoothly as i alwys have frequent dc and slow in speed, but in the end, nothing change and this makes me feel sooo regret subscribing their broadband.

when i askd them if i can terminate this contract, they said that im tied with this piece sh*t of 24 month contract and u need to pay rm999 if u want to terminate them vmad.gif vmad.gif vmad.gif

currently, im go with streamyx now and i can say that im fully satisfied with the streamyx. no dc, no lag and the connection smooth as ever(but sometimes u can feel the speed is down in peak hours). rclxms.gif rclxms.gif

back to p1, im so unhappay with this contract that i need to pull out my money of rm99/month to pay their bills and im NOT using their service anymore!!! also i throw the modem under my bed!!! vmad.gif vmad.gif vmad.gif
