I have been using p1 for nearly 1 year and tied to the 24 month contract which I regret for do so.
At first, the internet quality was very good. I felt that it was the right choice for dumping the stimix but the quality deteriorated as time passed. It disconnect frequently and the speed is unstable.
Even though I paid the bill for each month, P1 claimed that I never pay. So, I have to fax them the receipt almost every month which is very very troublesome! Recently I lost my receipt for last month and they want me to make the payment again. I gave them a lot of proff but what they said? Oh sorry, I can't check that for you, we cant do this thing blah blah blah excuse. In the end, they claimed that I still owe them the money.
I hate p1.
