you can either get a good coach like battousai. i think his rates is around rm70 per hour for a one-to-one session or get a few friends and go for group coaching for lower rates. other coach will charge about the same.

if that is too expensive for you, you can always pick up a racquet and start whacking.. without the coach like some of us here.. me included.. dats why i sux... HAHA..
