Forumers, I need help here I love doing online shopping.

But it is quite frustrating once I checkout the items, the site process the order and turns out it is rejected/canceled.
Some more, they will hold the amount supposed to be paid for some time.(it will be credited back eventually)
My question is:

~Can you please list down and share which online merchants that accept/decline International Cards?~
