Let's say there is this condo which is completed 6 years ago then the next few years 2 more blocks of condos is finishing nearby (walking distance) .

Will the old condo price drop ?

no la, unless there is no demand of that area, for sure la the price will not drop as the other condo build near there, mean the area is good, many ppl want to buy properties of that area..
