The process :-
Full Name? = OK
First they verify my IC number? - This is acceptable.
Date of Birth? = OK <--- This step is totally useless because I've already verified my IC number!!!!!
Your last transaction? = OK
How many cards you have with Citibank? = ONE
How many supplementary cards do you have? = ANOTHER STUPID QUESTION Repeated question!!!
Your last transaction place? = STUCKED!! I've totally forgot where I've used my card. I've remember using it in Pavilion but the agent there asked 'Okay, which shop you use it? OMG I was about to slammed the phone
Did you use your card to pump petrol?? - I said yes
Which petrol station? - I tell myself if you asked one question, I will swear at the damn phone
Next time if this happen again, I will reply sarcastically "Do you remember what you eat last week?"
How do you remember? We've got alot of things in life to do..and they expect us to remember every damn transaction?
Basic verification questions is acceptable but this is getting ridiculous
Suggestion : Improve the telebaking process Citibank! Dialing in, we've already pressing so many numbers to speak to an agent. If time is still wasted on this kinda verifying process, its truly a let down. Maybe it's for security purposes but we are busy people.
