I made some transaction, but transaction failed, but credit card already charged, the merchant said they have reverse my credit card.

how to cancel citibank card? fax? or call?

Let says my statement date is 12 December and the amount is RM1000
and today 17 December, I received my credit reversal (RM500).

so which amount I needs to pay? statement / outstanding?, If pay statement, my account will show negative?
