Guys, how does the Alliance Bank Younique card rebate system works ? How much is the cap ? It was mentioned before but i didn't really pay attention to it as i wasn't interested in Alliance Bank credit card then  sweat.gif  All information about the system i found in their website is about their regular credit card only.

Alliance younique is a classic card right? I think this card is good for heavy spender who monthly spend >RM 2500, it will be more worth for them. I think the feature of this card is, you can choose your design.

I realize that many former in lowyat are holding citibank cc, i want to know what is the benefit with citibank cc compare with another bank cc?
*
I think this is because citibank can be used on oversea transaction, and they always giving free gift for new approval. Last time got a promotion, use RM 799 to buy a laptop for newly approved citibank cc....

yeah. although citibank only have few branches, it have the highest number of cardholder!

shame to local bank...
*
Yeah, work in credit card sales before, citibank offer the highest commission...
But I realize that citibank's requirement for their credit card (especially Gold and Platinum) is straight, even apply by using cc also need 18 month of usage. I get rejected 5 times, until now still can't get my Airasia Citibank card blink.gif

yes, if you are very friend with manager then you will be very easy to get approved, for gold and classic card. For the platinum, they are more straight gua, if not later if manager approve a person with income that is far far lower than requirement, then the manager will be questioned.

@mugenz
Then if a manager get slapped by his/her spouse at the early morning, then the applicant will be reject and it is "Confidental and decision of the bank that can't be questioned" tongue.gif

Some question need to ask here, how about some card offer Free for the first year, subsequent year swipe a minimum of 24 times to get annual fee waived (eg Eon Bank Matta Card), if I swipe 24 times at second year and the fee waived, should I still pay the service charge of RM 50?

Please help, thank you...

@MilesandMore

wow, this is a get rich quick scheme for the government. We only can choose pay to bank or government, bank charge some annual fee of RM60+ for a classic card (gold and plat card even more) , and government charge RM 50 fixed, so in the end the people prefer pay to government and they become rich.

Still blur about the RM 50 charge for the cc holders....

Seems like last time the people like to discuss features and apply for cards on this thread become discuss how to cancel it.

So now have any bank introduce new credit card?

Can I go to the Maybank center in midvalley / 1U to cancel my cards? I think meet them face to face will be more easy to communicate regarding the point transfer. As I know 1U Maybank centre help ppl apply for cards but dont know whether they also help people to cancel the card or not...

Want to focus all expenses in Treat Point so next year Treat Fair I have enough bullet for Auction biggrin.gif
