how about those credit card that is free for life without condition? can government charge us since there already have agreement between bank and us?

Think to cancel my hlb MC ASAP since only got 2 more weeks, yesterday CIMB sudddenly double up my credit limit, wonder why they do that? According to some of the cc cs, service tax only impose when reach expire date, is that true?
