Me on other hand, had a rather good experience with Maybank Treatpoint redemption. I used the AMEX Gold credit card (with the Maybankard logo on top of the card) last year and before my mom canceled the card in favor of AMEX Green charge card, we redeemed all the Treatpoints and received the shopping voucher via Poslaju within 2 weeks after i faxed the redemption form to Maybankard Centre.

By the way, if the Poslaju man left you a note at your office or outside your house, you can always call them to redeliver it next time when you are home/in the office.
Huh ? Which CIMB Bank credit card are you talking about ? CIMB Bank Mastercard, CIMB Petronas Mastercard and TouchnGo VISA are all free for life with absolute no condition. Is it CIMB Enrich Mastercard ?
