You can personally link your cc to Alliance online banking. However, it won't take effect immediately.

my question is how can we link the cc to Alliance online banking? smile.gif
need to apply pin from the atm machine also? ...like the atm card for online banking?

guys, I really think its not a good idea to list out the cards you have willingly. Remember this is the Internet. Just ask about those cards u have questions on...and keep the rest to yourself unless really need to mention.

yes sire!

You can do online, via

User Services -> Submit Service Request -> Account Maintenance

Add Account No. to be linked & it takes sometimes to get it linked.

You can always cancel your visa by returning the Visa to the branch. Call CS for more info.

I don't think it is a big deal. In fact, it shows which cards are popular and well received. biggrin.gif

what's the use? You should apply the card most suitable to you. Not the most 'popular' one.

I was informed by the Maybank Service Centre in 1-Utama that for Maybank credit cards (including Amex), the RM50 service tax will only be charged upon the renewal month of the credit card.

Anyone can confirm this? If yes, then I probably don't have to cancel my cards so fast.

DA is very "efficient"... I cancelled my cards at Penang branch 3 weeks ago... yesterday called helpline... need to wait for 5-10 minutes... then they tell me my card is still active. Then I question why so long still have not cancel. Then they tell me I can actually cancel DA by calling in. They will block and then close the card account.

I'll call back again in few days to check the status...
