Without Messi, Argentina looks ordinary. They'll probably beat Nigeria tonight but without Messi, they may struggle against the speedy South Koreans.

I'm not overly optimistic about Spain's chances but it is too early to write them off. This defeat may be a blessing in disguise. If they beat Honduras and Chile (and one of them beat the Swiss), they may still top the group - who knows?
Germany, Brazil, Argentina and even Holland appear to be contenders. |

France doesn't even deserve to be in this tournament in the first place! We have an age-old cliche in Malaysia/Singapore : "cheater no prosper"!
South Korea should qualify at the expense of Nigeria - their persistence and hard-work will do the job, perhaps causing another Nigerian to lose his head in the process! Greece should get clobbered by Argentina if the latter's manager doesn't go and do something crazy again! |

Webb is certainly not the best choice but a political one.
1. to 'compensate' England for a poor referee decision - ha! 2. for FIFA to get the opportunity to tell England : see your referee's not that great either?! Comparison with Collina?! ... the only similarity is the bald head! |
